Qualitative - What we are looking for
- A young ambitious, growth oriented individual to lead our qualitative business
- Build strong, strategic client relationships - maximize revenues with existing clients
- Identify and develop new business relationships
- Mentor, supervise, train/identify training needs for the team
- Work towards meeting targets profitably with support from the founders
- Have an open mind, be willing to look at new ways of doing research - to improve efficiencies, to better understand consumers or for identifying new avenues/clients
- Going forward India like advanced countries will also use tech in a big way for market research. We already have a tech product 'COCO' a platform for running communities, and a license for a s/w that helps in content analysis.
The individual would need to familiarize himself/herself with COCO and increase the business for COCO through reaching out to new clients, identify new avenues for selling COCO
- The founders are continuously on the lookout for new products that could be developed especially in the tech space. The head of qual will need to work with the founders in experimenting with the product identified, build a winning pitch around it, take it to clients and build a business around it
- Should have the ability to write winning proposals, incisive and visually appealing reports with actionable learnings and insights
- Should have exposure/experience in having conducted different types of research for eg Exploratory studies, Habits & Practices, Segmentation, Triggers & Barriers, Product test, Concept test, Brand equity, Shopper studies, Communication evaluation and so on
- Should have worked across sectors
- Will be the face of the company for qualitative research
- Be open to presenting at industry forums along with other members of the qual team and/or the quant team
