Role expectations:

- Experience in managing e-Commerce operations, Product Listing, Keyword optimization, cataloging, Inventory, Order processing, Returns tracking, customer experience

- Manage all products on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces locally/Globally

- Analyze and evaluate traffic and sales conversion data to improve the effectiveness of online content and marketing campaigns

- Increase listing rankings and search results to increase sales conversion and maximize revenue.

- Generate customer reviews, and monitor ratings to protect and enhance marketplace status.

- Marketplace specific SEO, promotions, social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

- Manage, maintain & optimize the organization's website. Ensure the website experience and visibility through SEO, SEM, and ORM etc.

- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

- Have an understanding of key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)

- Write copy for email marketing campaigns
