Job Description :

Location : Pune (Kharadi)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct the market research study for the ICT domain (Qualitative (30%) and Quantitative (70%) research)

- On a half yearly basis, Candidate have to model approximately 100 software/cloud companies tracked by QKS.

- Candidate must have experience in the secondary research (e.g., Identification of the company revenue, Segmentation of the products/solutions/services based on business functions for global and regional software vendors)

- Candidate should know about the primary research process (Identification of the industry experts, schedule and conduct interviews)

- Review and interpret quarterly vendor survey responses or vendor briefings from QKS domain analysts to estimate revenue

- Create company revenue models that map source data to the QKS taxonomies and update these models on a quarterly basis

- Work with QKS's domain experts to reconcile the worldwide vendor revenue models

- Regularly interact with QKS Manager, Market Intelligence and other company modelers (Data Intelligence Analysts) with respect to the vendor models to understand various scenarios and issue resolving techniques for estimating revenue

- Candidate should be familiar with the Top-Down/Bottom-Up approach

- Candidate should know about the product mapping

Qualifications :

- MBA graduates with min 1 experience with quantitative research projects and background

- B.E IT, CS, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical is must.

- Expert level Excel data manipulation. Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with strong analytical, numerical and data manipulation skills
