Responsibilities: - Deploying successful product launch / marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution; working closely with HQ product and marketing teams and other team members. - Owning go-to-market strategy and execution for QSC products and working with cross-functional teams - Evaluate product positioning and promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed - Planning and managing all aspects of trade shows starting from vendor selection to design and build, set-up and coordinating logistics and organizing channel events and product roadshows. - Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services, managing in-shop branding. - Running regular sales promotions and campaigns and track their success on digital media. - Managing QSC India website and keeping up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new marketing channels, complete presence on online and social media platforms. - Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results. Requirements: - MBA / Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing relevant to IT / AV Industry - Broad experience across core marketing functions: content &amp; product marketing, demand generation, marketing communications and brand building - Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager - Demonstrable experience in marketing and organizing trade shows together with the potential and attitude required to learn - Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate - Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets - Good taste, a sense of aesthetics, strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done - Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization - Excellent written and verbal communication skills These statements reflect the general details considered to describe the principal functions of the job, and are not to be construed as the only responsibilities / work expected out of the profile.
