Roles & Responsibilities :

- Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables (analytics to ops)

- Conceptualize the client issue, leverages previous experience & research to design the best solution

- Make decisions regarding process design, data model, and technology solution to solve problems

- Ensure analyses/processes are rigorous and thorough in upholding delivery quality

- Establish oneself as a trusted partner for the clients

- Work on multiple client engagements, strengthening analytic and project management skills

Required Skill Set:

- 3+ years of work experience in pharma consulting and analytics

- Intellectual curiosity: self-motivated to solve unstructured problems with an analytical mindset and find the extra "aha!"

- Grit: demonstrated history of personal achievement and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

- Passion: excitement to work in a dynamic, start-up environment

- Client presence: ability to relate to clients, communicate effectively, and establish positive relationships

Who can apply?

- 3+ years of pharma and analytics/consulting experience

- Has experience with any pharma consulting and data firms like ZS, IQVIA, Axtria, BCG, MuSigma,..

- Comfortable in picking up technologies like Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python,.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills..
