Key Performance Indicators :
- Achievement of Revenue Targets from each of the designated regions
- Achieving an adequate business mix from new customers as well as existing customers
- To support service team to achieve service revenues
- Timely collection of payment from customers
- Achieving bottom line for that region
- Ensure that all sales personnel log sales orders, collections as well as expected sales in SAP
- Execution of the defined sales strategy
- Define a sales strategy defined for the year in consultation with the Head Sales
- Ensuring successful execution of sales strategy and achievement of targets as per set KRA
- Monitoring of sales targets
- Review and analyzes the sales targets regularly
- Review any discrepancy in implementing the strategy or achieving the target
- Ensuring achievement of targets
- Ensure all targets are achieved as based on KRAs
- Supervise targets and achievement of sales executives and middle level management on a regular basis
- Information management
- Analyze reports and make action plan, if any, based on the information from the reports
- Providing relevant performance data as and when required by seniors
Market intelligence :
- Provide market information such as new products, expansion plans/ new strategies of competition etc. to Head Government
- Tracking closely the competitor's products and moves and taking preventive or remedial measures
Requests for Information :
- Ensure all incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are dealt with in a professional manner
Payment Collection :
- Responsible for ensuring payment collection form all clients under your jurisdiction
Legal and Ethical Compliance :
- Laws of must be complied with and an ethical view must be taken while transacting with suppliers/venders. Ensure all taxable documents are maintained in an organized manner for tax purposes.
Reports :
- Deliver a comprehensive report to the manager client at the end of each week (or the timeframe decided upon with the manager).
Training & Development :
- Analyse the trainings required and complete all relevant trainings.
Work Flow Management :
- Ensure all tasks are performed efficiently.

- Effectively allocates own time to complete work and plans and organizes daily schedules to meet targets
