- Business and Consultancy - Customer meetings after qualified leads received from Govt. Sales
- Understand customer requirements, pain areas and design the solution which will include newer technologies or new products
- Would involve understanding these technologies and find OEMs /Vendors who have expertise in these Technologies
- Work towards integrating these technologies with our solution if required
- Pitch the whole solution to the Prospect
- Conduct Site survey, prepare BoM & Technical proposal
- Co-ordinate with customers and internal teams and OEMs of these new products and technologies for solution demo's and POC.
- Provide technical support or training to sales team, service team and customer as well.
- Installation and support along with the technical team for all h/w if required.
- Keeping up to date with current technology developments and competitor strategies.
- For Govt sales need to work on technical compliance (very, very important)
- For govt sales it is required to do specking in tender and that has to be Presale domain thus need to be aware of competition products or study them and then spec in such a way that we have a upper hand despite being Generic.
