As the VP - Business at Qi Spine, your primary focus will be 3-fold:

1. To res-design the patient journey to ensure seamless integration and experience across omni channels including clinics, tele and app users.

2. Global expansion including expansion into new cities within India as well as launching internationally (US & UK Markets) as well.

3. P&L Responsibility - Driving growth, efficiency & effectiveness of our omni-channel healthcare services.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the organization's goals, focusing on enhancing the omni-channel healthcare services' reach and impact.

- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and growth.

2. Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the omni channel team, retail marketing team, business development & projects team to ensure optimal performance, collaboration, and development.

- Establish clear performance goals and expectations for each team, regularly assessing their progress and providing constructive feedback.

3. Business Development:

- Identify and foster strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the organization's presence in the healthcare industry.

- Explore new business models and revenue streams to maximize the organization's market share and profitability.

4. Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the omni-channel team to ensure seamless coordination and efficient service delivery.

- Implement processes and workflows that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience across all channels.

5. Customer Experience:

- Maintain a strong customer-centric focus, continually seeking opportunities to enhance the quality of service and patient satisfaction across all touchpoints.

- Gather customer feedback and insights to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions.

6. Technology and Innovation:

- Collaborate closely with the app team to ensure the continuous enhancement of the healthcare app, incorporating user-friendly features and cutting-edge technologies.

- Stay abreast of technological advancements and trends in the healthcare sector to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

7. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each team and regularly analyze and report on their performance against these metrics.

- Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of omni-channel services, including traditional channels and tech applications.

- Exception in result-orientation and driving performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in leveraging technology and digital tools to enhance healthcare services.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
