Role Description :

- We are currently seeking a proficient Cluster Manager Distribution for Bangalore location , to manage the retail distribution , supervise personnel, and strategize for sales target attainment.

- Key responsibilities encompass recruiting and training Agents/Associate Agents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering client relationships. Additionally, the role may involve analyzing market trends, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with upper management to fulfill company objectives.

- Success in this position requires exceptional leadership, communication, a profound understanding of financial investment, and strong sales skills.

Qualifications :

- Strong Distribution Skills, Leadership Skills and experience with Direct Agency/Direct Sales.

- Excellent Communication skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience with Business Process management and in hiring Agency partners and Advisors.

- Ability to gather and analyze Business Requirements.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

- Bachelor's degree/MBA/Finance/Sales.
