Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management.

- Expected to build and maintain relationships with potential and current investors, facilitate deal negotiations, assist with due diligence, and work alongside management to create and execute investment strategies in a fast-paced and exciting start-up environment in Bengaluru.

- Currently, we're in search of a skilled Business Development Executive and Senior Business Development Executive to oversee daily operations, lead sales teams, and devise strategies for achieving sales targets.

- Responsibilities include recruiting and training Sales Agents/Associate Agents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and nurturing client relationships.

- The role may also involve analyzing market trends, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with upper management to meet company objectives.
