As the Talent Acquisition Manager at Qi Spine Clinic, you will lead the talent acquisition function, driving the organization's efforts to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the company's talent needs are met. Since the company is looking into large scale expansion domestically and internationally, as a Talent Acquisition Manager you are required to enable the hiring as per the business needs on a fast pace. Your role will be critical in building a skilled and diverse workforce that aligns with our values and supports the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy in line with the company's short-term and long-term goals.

- Identify key hiring needs, talent gaps, and workforce planning requirements to proactively address staffing needs.

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, social media, networking, and industry events to attract top talent.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment of Senior and leadership positions

- Enable hiring for large scale expansion as per business requirement

2. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create professional development plans for team members.

3. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

- Develop and enhance the company's employer brand to attract and engage potential candidates.

- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our commitment to providing a welcoming and professional environment.

4. Recruitment Metrics and Analytics:

- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and diversity metrics, to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.

- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.

- Develop reporting dashboard showcasing the recruitment funnel

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and establish strong working relationships.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop job descriptions, set selection criteria, and align expectations.

6. Recruitment Branding and Events:

- Plan and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences to showcase the company and attract top talent.

- Leverage partnerships with educational institutions and industry organizations to strengthen our recruitment branding.

7. Compliance and Hiring Practices:

- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring recruitment practices comply with legal requirements.

- Implement and maintain fair and consistent hiring practices across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with X years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.

- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

- Experience in employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity sourcing.

- Proficiency in using HRMS recruitment module and recruitment tools.

- Strong analytical skills to look into recruitment metrics

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- In-depth knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection.
