We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: - Own the business development of new clinics, identify areas of expansion and develop a growth strategy in partnership with the CEO. - Develop a targeted long-term new business strategy to also encompass regional partnerships and foster growth in these key areas for the future. - Maximize networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts. - Responsible for marketing and sales of Product - Backgood through Corporate tie-ups and tie-ups with related entities. - Supervise daily support operations of the company, plan the most efficient administrative procedures and devise ways to streamline processes. - Monitor inventory of product supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. - Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting patients- needs - Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation for Admin and Products. - Oversee facilities services, ensure timely closure of all admin related queries (within the specified TAT), oversee maintenance activities and admin staff (ex. housekeeping) - Actively study, adapt and implement best practices which can help build sustainable organizational practices. Qualifications: - MBA in Marketing from Tier I/II Management Institutes, with minimum experience of 3-8 years in Business Development with demonstrated success, preferably in Healthcare sector. - Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of new business expansion strategy. - Proven ability in leading admin responsibility and supervising and coaching a team of admin professionals. - Ability to analyze data and provide intelligent insights to the leadership and assist in the decision making process - Ability to work in a fast paced environment, deal with uncertainty, and manage multiple projects at a time - Strong Oral and Written communication skills - Commitment to working with shared leadership and cross-functional teams
