QI Back and Spine Clinic - Manager - Marketing

Position Title : Manager - Marketing

Reporting To : Head - Marketing

Direct Reports : Executive - (1)

Agencies Creative Communication, Other Vendors

Location : Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Job Timings : 9:30 am onward

Job Purpose :

Critical revenue generator role for all clinics across India from offline activation's. Primary idea person and custodian of brand. Added responsibility to lead business development and alliance.

Job Responsibilities :

Revenue :

- Responsible to plan and execute marketing plan

- Generating enquires leading to patient visit to clinics across geographies

- Developing short and long term engagement programs for existing patients generating patient referral with close coordination with internal teams

- Responsible to plan and execute resources allotted and achieve lower customer acquisition costs

Branding & MarCom :

- In co-ordination with internal teams and Communication Agency devising engaging elements to communicate with TG in both online and offline space. Also provide overall support to other teams on communication tools.

Marketing Operations :

- Managing branding of current clinics

- Internal customer engagement tools

- Communication tools for all sales verticals

Previous Experience : Understanding of healthcare / retail business in the role handling the above mentions job indicators in marketing function for 3 to 5 years; could be of advantage

Qualifications : MBA Marketing

Skills & Attributes :

- Willingness to travel across India

- Excellent verbal and written communication over English and basic command over Hindi. Command over one or two Indian regional language an advantage

- Advance understanding of MS Excel, Power Point & Word

- Feeling special because of, ability to lead self and team, work independently without day-to-day supervision

- Flair for writing/Content development/PR Background shall be an advantage

Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
