Purpose:

In Retail vertical at QDegrees we are associated with multiple clients and major activities carried out are Mystery Audit, Market Research (primary), Process Audit. Here we have large team to be managed which has a nationwide spread.

Job Location: Jaipur

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Managing entire Retail vertical wherein handling multiple clients with regards to performance, timelines and desired output.

- Clients and stake-holders management.

- Supporting Business development team by doing Proof Of Concepts studies to acquire new clients.

- Business consulting domain is high performance and high-pressure zone; thus, person should be able to manage performance under high pressure situation.

- There would be travelling involved in the role, so the person should be open to travel across India for client meetings and reviews.

- Successfully accepts new responsibilities and assignments, learns new products and business segments.

- Can supervise operations; developed productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees. Coaching team and upskilling them.

Required Details:

MBA with 10 - 12 years of experience from Retail, Consulting or diversified industries.
