Job Responsibilities :

1. Be a leader and manage the Business Development teams end-to-end while carrying your own quota

2. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network

3. Pitch the product to prospects and provide the product demo

4. Analyze client requirements, meet potential customers, negotiate on price and close the sale

5. Report on Sales and Conversion metrics, Forecast, MRR/ARR and other key metrics

6. Guide, coach and mentor the BD team

7. Liase with the CEO to prepare forecasts, sales plans, training requirements and identify tools/support needed to supercharge the BD team

8. Maintain a seamless coordination with the Customer Success to ensure the handover of closed accounts is smooth and frictionless

9. Become a subject matter expert on Qandle Software

10. Target customers with renewals during relevant periods

Skills and Competencies :

1. Understanding of SaaS based solutions. Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS organization is highly valuable

2. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills

3. Strong negotiation skills and excellent problem solving ability

4. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders; multi-task in a fast-paced environment

5. Structured thinking and attention to details

6. Entrepreneurial mindset with never give up attitude

7. Passionate about startups and the Internet ecosystem

8. Able to work with minimum supervision

Qualifications :

1. 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales/BD, ideally in a SaaS company

2. Prior experience managing/leading a team is a must-have

3. Full Time MBA from a Tier 1/2 B-school

4. Experience managing senior stakeholders and/or interacting with C-Suite Executives will be an added asset
