Qalara - Business Analyst - Sales & Automation

Business Analyst will be responsible for data based decision making at Qalara.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze data and share actionable insights with business teams

- Drive reporting and automation at Qalara

- Identify scope for automation and build internal tools

- Work with business teams to identify key reporting requirements ; share reports as per agreed timelines

- Actively partner with planning team to lead efforts on inventory planning

- Drive weekly sales reviews with business stakeholders and share key insights from the sales data

Requirements :

- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience working as a business analyst

- Proficiency in Python is mandatory ; experience in Beautiful Soup/Scrapy/Selenium and understanding of pandas are added advantages;

- Should be comfortable with vlook up and pivot tables in excel

- B.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline or MBA

- Proven stakeholder management and alignment skills

- Self-driven, curious and ability to work independently

- Highly effective communication and collaboration across teams.
