Job Overview:

QA process executive is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality assurance processes, methodologies, and standards across the ONDC network. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of new and existing network participants onto ONDC network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing standardised QA processes and methodologies

- Conducting quality checks, reviews, and audits of processes being carried out by 3rd party QA vendors to identify deviations and ensure compliance with defined procedures

- Identify areas for improvement in QA processes and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Implement changes and monitor the impact of process improvements.

- Providing support to QA teams, collaborating with them to resolve issues, and facilitating communication across departments/functions to streamline QA processes.

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of QA processes.

- Generate reports and analyse data to track performance and compliance.

- Contributing insights and suggestions for enhancing existing QA processes and participating in improvement initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes into the overall development lifecycle.

- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment of QA objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience (Min 3 years) in quality assurance, with a focus on process management and improvement.

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and drive data-based decisions.

- Certification in quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ISTQB) is a plus.
