SDET Manager/QE Manager

As Manager of Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for managing a team of SDETs/Sr SDETs and Quality Engineers to define and deliver automated testing solutions on a multi-tiered system for high quality product release. You will be leading the QE team for designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks as well as extending automation. You are expected to contribute towards test architecture design discussions, as well as work with development teams, product managers, other technical leaders, and stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 10+ years of related experience in software industry

- A proven track record as a Quality Engineering/SDET Manager, including 5+ years of technical experience as an SDET, test Architect, or related role

- Experience in building automated testing solutions to cover middle tier, and backend interfaces and services.

- Proven expertise to automation frameworks.

- A proven track record of hiring and developing engineers to become high performance teams

- Support continuous improvement processes, analysing problems and recommending actions for effective resolution

- Good business sense, good people management skills and strong analytical skills are required
