Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in managing application development teams.

- 12+ years of extensive experience and responsibility in managing technical teams; experience with applications using SOA

- Demonstrate proven ability in managing onsite/offshore application support and maintenance engagements

- Development lifecycle management both in Waterfall, Agile and other models

- Ability to deal w/ ambiguity (problem resolution, judgment, negotiation & decision making skills)

- Ability to actively engage business/technology partners, present, defend & challenge technical recommendations

- Strong demonstrated human relations skills to select, coach, develop, mentor,performance manage and reward employees

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across organizational lines and with virtual team members; strong relationship building skills.

- Strong technical knowledge and experience of using products and enterprise tools.

- Ability to manage resources, and deliverables on a variety of projects simultaneously, with changing priorities.

- Ability to think logically; excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

- Strong implementation skills; highly organized and self-directed; takes initiative

- Strong Financial acumen to manage budget efficiently.

- Works well in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

- Bachelors degree or higher in technical field or business
