Job Description:
- Works as a member of the Online Studio team that will be involved in managing QA Team for a variety of different online and handheld markets.
- Works with Program manager and Sr. Managers in managing applications
- You will be required to Review games and documents tested by QA team
- You will be required to facilitate inter-team communication across various locations.
- You will be required to ensure on time delivery with quality.
- You will be expected in negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards & specifications.
- Suggests ideas to improve the overall testing process in terms of tools, processes and metrics.
- 15-30+ years of extensive experience in QA team mgmt. in a global organization.
- People MGT with over 7-8 + Years with experience of handling 20- 30 ppl .
- Would be working as a bridge between India & Vegas Team and leading Global team across.
- Good QA team management skills including experience in planning, executing and controlling mid-size team.
- Demonstrated managerial experience to interact directly with Sr management and technical staff at all levels
- Proven results working in a distributed team environment, where coordinating efforts across multiple teams was critical to success
- Ensure QA related documentation is maintained in accordance with the outlined guidelines in process
- Manage and communicate project risks and issues
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on progress of the Projects
- Candidates with "Gaming Software" and/or "Mobile Applications" experience will be highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of JIRA and test management tool
- Knowledge of Agile practices
- Fair knowledge of automation Tools/ Strategy is desirable.
