QA Manager - Fabric & Synthetic Dyeing

QA Manager : Fabric & Synthetic dyeing : Sri Lanka

Our client is Asia's largest manufacturers of intimate apparel, sportswear, performance wear and swimwear. They are looking for their plant at Sri Lanka at QA Manager.

Responsibilities :

- Establish and sustain quality inspection processes, set-up quality standards which is accepted by all customers, identity opportunities for improvement and make appropriate changes in order to achieve a 100% quality rating on product.

- Ensure product/process is in compliance with customer requirements.

- Ensure the maintenance of accurate specialization's/standards for all new developments, and apply appropriate controls during bulk production.

- Prepare right first time quality / Technical specifications, develop & sustain quality systems throughout the manufacturing process in order to ensure product conforms to customer requirements.

- Conduct quality inspection on all raw materials / Consumables to ensure conformance to quality specifications.

- Investigate all failures in quality / lab functions and identify suitable remedial measures in order to eliminate the root causes

Qualification & Experience :

- Degree in Textiles / Engineering

- 7- 12 years of quality management experience in a production environment. Minimum of 4 years in a Quality Manager role

- Knowledge in technical construction of Fabric & Synthetic dyeing technology.
