Pythia Healthcare - Head - Analytics

We are a revenue generating healthcare analytics startup. We deliver analytics products based on predictive statistical algorithms using clinical EHR data from hospitals. We are looking for a Head - Analytics to join our senior management team. The role is new product development based on predictive algorithms in the healthcare domain.

- At the same time, the role requires the ability to get on to the brass tacks.

- The products we develop are fairly complex and cutting edge so we are looking for a person with immense technical depth and not flakiness.

- We work in open source technologies primarily and the entire deployment is over the cloud.

- The person will be working with a team of analysts and IT developers but is required to have a sufficient understanding of software development using R, KNIME or SAS.

- An experience of statistical modelling is a must and an experience in healthcare, insurance or pharma is an advantage.
