Qualification - B.Tech/B.Com with MBA (is mandatory)

Experience band - 3 to 7 years relevant exp. In Consulting/Banking

Travel Requirements: India and abroad as per project requirements

Job Description

1. Relevant experience across defining IT Strategy, Roadmap or Digital strategy, Product fitment assessment, understanding of channels, customer onboarding process in banks/NBFCs/fintech/Consulting and good understanding of product management

2. Exposure in preparing RFPS, vendor selection and PMO

3. Understanding of new IT trends and linkage to banking business

4. Gather, review, and align Techno - Business Requirements from Business/Product following internal standard operating procedures

5. Design IT Operating model or Digital Operating model

6. Understanding of IT / Digital architectures in Banking

7. Work with technical team, business users, vendors to resolve various issues with the project deliverables

8. End-to-end management of digital transformation projects/program ensuring complete control of various constraints

Essential Skills

- Understanding of IT / Digital architecture and linkage to Banking

- Relevant work experience of approximately 5 to 10 years within the BFSI/Consulting sector

- Preferably from Big 4/ Banks/NBFCs/Fintech/ IT Consulting Companies

- TOGAF certification is preferred (for the Tech strategy consultant role)
