PwC - Senior/Principal Consultant in Odisha Advisory - Government & Public Sector  PwC is hiring Senior/ Principal Consultant for Government & Public Sector.  Education: BE/ B.Tech with MBA.  Experience: 7+ Years  Base Location: Kolkata  Project Location: Tier2/3 cities in East location/ Bhubneshwar/ Odisha  Roles & Responsibilities   1. Co-ordinate with different stakeholders for GIS survey of Electric Poles for the State for:   - Identifying vendor for GIS survey for electric poles  - Helping agency for finalizing the procedure to conduct GIS survey and collate the GIS data at the central server  - Helping agency for quality check of received data  - Helping agency for plot the GIS data in the digital maps  2. Finalizing the route map for Fibre cable laying.  3. Submission of DPR including approaches/options and related costs for the establishment of Fibre network  4. Get the DPR approved by BBNL and Department of Telecom (USOF)  5. Define the broad technical specifications of the network equipment (GPON)  6. Preparation of RFP for selection of implementation vendor for implementing the network (if required)  7. Implementation monitoring for the entire project duration as per contract between PwC and State Nodal Agency  Experience/ Certifications:  - Must have experience of handling Government Clients  - Should have experience of preparing documentation such as DPR, RFP etc.  - Should have project management experience  - Experience in Network and network implementation projects are desirable.  - Certification in Networking such as CCNA, CCNP will be preferred  - Networking, DPR, RFP, e-Governance etc.  - Very good communication skills both written and verbal  - Should be willing to take ownership and drive the project
