Performance Management - Strategize and implement initiatives to ensure transparency and fairness of performance management process across the firm - Build on the insights provided by the PwC Talent & Impact community - Streamline policies and practices to be uniform and standardized across LoSs - Introduce best practices & digital interventions. Evaluate and implement platforms & tools to streamline existing processes - Active participation and contribution in the global T&I calls and implement learnings from network firms Talent Management - Drive talent management agenda as per firm's talent strategy and design robust programs to build a stronger leadership pipeline - Co-create content for Towards Leadership for ADs and Managers with Learning and external faculties as required - Manage Towards Leadership for ADs program governance and participant evaluation - Lead discussions with senior stakeholders (Talent Councils) and present the talent landscape at a LoS and organizational level - Create the necessary pull for these programs by increasing visibility on existing platforms through a partnership with the marketing and communication team - Ensure talent pipeline and visibility with the firm leadership Desired Skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and expand relationships - Deep business understanding - Experience in designing and delivering people strategies - Strong analytical skills - Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Understanding of Power BI
