PWC - Senior Consultant - Perform Plus

PwC India is hiring for it's Shared Services Advisory practice within One Consulting across various locations in India (Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad). We are looking for experienced professionals (4-10 years) having rich experience in GCC (global capability center) advisory, Shared services optimization & Operational excellence programs / projects. As part of this high-performing team, you will get an opportunity to work with a variety of GCC's in India across industry verticals. You will be either leading or will be a part of large operational excellence programmes / engagements for these GCC's and expected to improve productivity or create capacity.

Prior experience in :

- Improving productivity across teams, functions, and businesses - through process discovery; data analysis; benchmarking etc.

- Operational excellence engagements/ business process transformation including driving lean, six-sigma

- Process digital transformation experience including process digital maturity assessment; identification of automation opportunities; business case etc.

- GCC consulting projects to design and implement fit-for-purpose operating models, including shared services; outsourcing.

- Managing change and communication

- Coaching large teams and key client stakeholders as part of transformation projects

- Leading and facilitating client workshops including value-stream mapping workshops

Looking for :

- End-to-end process understanding across various GCC functions e.g., Finance, HR, Operations

- Execution experience in driving operational excellence initiatives.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Prior experience of leading engagements and managing teams.

- Prior consulting experience is preferable.

- Prior experience in business excellence teams of BPOs is preferable.

- Confident about working with and analyzing large data sets.

- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.

- Prior experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and with global teams.

- Upto 30% travel
