PwC - Senior Associate/Manager - Management Consulting - Financial Effectiveness - Global Capability Centre.

A career in our Process and Performance Management practice, within Finance Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimize the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business. We support our clients by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back-office opportunities and support to the business through insight and challenge.

As part of our process management team, you'll help our clients develop an effective performance management framework that understands key business drivers and challenges yet supports business decisions. Simply put, we help the finance function get equipped to deliver effective support to the business through process tools and capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- 6-12 years experience in Sourcing Advisory / Global Capability Center Advisory Global Business Services Advisory

- Experience working with GICs / GCCs on their growth / scale up / transformation programs

- Experience setting up multi function Shared Service Centers - Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Operations

- Experience in Outsourcing Advisory (running RFx process for clients), Vendor Management / Governance

- Good understanding of Digital Interventions / Intelligent Automation in context of GCCs / GICs / Outsourcing Deals

- Good understanding of overall GIC / GCC market in India

- Support GCCs with their transformation programs in various capacities - strategic planning, design, implementation, BAU / operations, change & adoption

- GCC benchmarking and recommendations to close gaps

- Process improvement for GCC operations.

- Program management for GCC transformation initiatives

- Support leadership teams (internal and client) with new GCC set ups.

- Lead / support in development of GCC assets / IP / thought leadership.

Desired skills and capabilities :

- Strong program and project management skills.

- Strong technical skills in process improvement, data analysis and visualization

- Knowledge, experience or certification in Six Sigma, Agile, BPM, Project Management

- Confident, proactive self-starters with team management skills

- Good understanding of multiple functions delivered from Global Capability Centers

- Excellent communication - verbal, written, communication with impact empat
