Designation : Senior Associate / Manager

Location : Chennai

Notice Period : less than 30 days preferable

- Business Analyst who works across Requirement Lifecycle management - Requirement gathering, elicitation, prioritization, and documentation - BRDs, FRDs, As-Is vs To-be (Current vs Future state) / Gap Analysis and Process modeling, etc.

- Data Quality Management Framework; Data Governance and Solutions.

- Metadata dictionary/management, Data modeling, Data definition, and Data dictionary Data Lineage.

- Data Factory / Data Store / Data Lake; Data distribution and centralized downstream management.

- Robust knowledge of Global Banking, Financial Products / Lending, and Capital Markets.

- Strong analysis skills, change management, communication/ interpersonal, documentation, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills are required.

- Knowledge of reporting of ETL applications, Worked on data quality issues.

- Have hands-on experience in UAT/SIT testing in an Agile environment.

- Experience with Jira and creating User stories, Proficient in MS Office tools, SQL (Must)

- Hands-on experience with PowerBI or Python (Good to Have)

- Understanding of ESG domain is a plus
