We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals with management consulting and industry experience to help our clients drive fast paced and sustainable growth and margin improvement strategies. The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India in driving strategies to address organizational complexities and costs enabling higher performance and agility for growth.   Within this role, the incumbent will understand client's current business capabilities, assess current organization structure and operating model including sourcing and delivery ecosystem, and conduct end-to-end value chain diagnostics to unlock levers that can produce sustained performance improvement.  Position Requirements  Job description:  - Work with client engagement teams executing organization projects which support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for business.   - Be responsible for understanding the client's growth vision, business model, resources, strategy and planning, and risks.  - Evaluate client's business model, value chain, competition, operating model, cost structure and identify opportunities for sustainable cost reduction, zero-basing capabilities, headcount and footprint optimization, and process excellence.  - Work with the client teams to develop viable operating and cost model options.   - Effectively participate on teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, while staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.  - The candidate may be required to lead and support multiple projects simultaneously, as required, while ensuring quality and timely deliverables  - Assist in practice building and business development efforts by leveraging internal PwC network and relationships.  Skills:  The candidate should have  - Experience in working with or leading consulting teams in projects.  - Experience in cost modeling, organization structure and operating model design, business diagnostics and benchmarking, business case analysis and/or functional sourcing strategies  - Ability to synthesize complex information and generate meaningful insights based on analysis of client's data and information from primary and secondary research  - Ability to marry quantitative and qualitative analysis into meaningful storyboards and insights   - Ability to support business and practice development efforts (ex: proposals, thought leadership, case studies, work plans and internal team metric trackers)   - Experience with analysis and modeling using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Visual Basic, Tableau or other tools   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Qualifications:  - Position requires MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a top business school, together with an undergraduate degree in engineering, arts and economics, sciences or business  - 2-7 years- experience in Consulting/Business Strategy (Preferably in growth strategy, cost transformation, organization structure and operating model design, business diagnostics and benchmarking, business case analysis and sourcing strategies)  Additional Information:  Travel Requirements: Travel may be as per project requirements  Line of Service: Advisory   Industry: Management Consulting  Location: Bangalore, India
