Education Qualification:

- In case of CA and MBA Finance (from known institutes) > 3 years or experience

For any other qualification between 4 - 8 years of experience

Certification will be treated as a positive

Experience:

- Should have done at least one implementation independently i.e. they should have necessarily done blueprinting/design and realisation. ( A must)

- Good working experience of finance and/or controlling areas

Subject Understanding:

Finance - Organisation Structure Design, Chart of Accounts Design,Assets, Bank, Cash, Inter -Company, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation both Direct and Indirect ( Indian Context), Integration with MM, SD, PS, PM and HR modules.

Controlling - Organisation Structure Design, Cost Center Design, Profit Center Design, COPA, Product Costing (both process and discrete industries), Material Ledger with Actual Costing and Integration with PP, QM and PM

General: Should have written functional specifications and should have designed module pools

Common:

- Should have provided training to core team members and end users ( A must )

- Should have good communication skills and should have made presentations.
