Job Description

Job role:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales

- Strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills

- Should be presentable, confident in approach and should be able to deal with people across the hierarchy. Should be assertive and able to influence.

- Should possess excellent data analytical skills, and have the ability to work across spreadsheets on analytics using macros in excel [advanced] with key functions and make professional presentations. Problem
Solving Skills are a core requirement.

- The candidate needs to have an excellent work ethic, business acumen, the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.

- The candidate should have hands on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure (as demonstrated by their academic, co-curricular or extracurricular successes).

- Should be willing to stay at client locations for long period of time, which may be away from base location.

Preferred industry experience - FMCG

Must have experiences in

- Sales & marketing strategy

- Market assessment

- Sales planning

- Channel partner management

- Sales processes - Territory planning / Key account management etc.

Soft Skills

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work seamlessly with the team

- Should have through out first class in the entire Academic background.

- Should have excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Should be willing to join at the earliest.

Years of experience required: 4-6 years

Academic qualifications/professional certifications required: B.E/ B.Tech/ BA(Eco)/ B.Sc (IT) + PGDM/ MBA (full time)
