The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with. Proposed role requires a candidate with relevant experience in end-to-end project management of complex IT/Infrastructure projects involving multiple technologies and varied stakeholders. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of client ecosystem, vendor management, project planning and resource management. The candidate must have previously handled large engagements involving a complex ecosystem. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and must enjoy the challenge of working with other team members and with diverse, senior client officials across varied sectors. Recent experience and understanding of the international ecosystem and government initiatives is a plus. The candidate will be required to showcase excellent communication skills and will have demonstrated consistently the skill and capability in delivering impactful and insightful projects in the past. He/she will also be required to participate in client meetings and, during the course of a project, will be responsive to client enquiries, eventually leading the delivery engagement. They will also be expected to lead an initiative aimed towards Practice or Firm development. This may be adjudged in various ways such as serving as a mentor to other team members, by leading training/development initiatives, contributing to thought leadership papers, assisting other network firms etc. The position can be based in Delhi NCR. However the ideal candidate should not have any constraints to travel for work related opportunities, whether domestic or internationally. Roles &amp; Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Lead and manage project from developing a project charter to project signoff. - Be able to project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion - Communicate with stakeholders/customers on an ongoing basis - Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path - Create project Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools(Microsoft Project Management/ Primavera etc ) - Be able to manage project Risks, manage risk register and be able to develop mitigation startegies - Driving PwC SME's to assist in the deliverables and ensuring subject understanding for smooth delivery - Lead team to develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations - Deep involvement in Solution offered, review of SRS, RDS, SDD etc. - Present status reports to the executive management, analyse feedback, and troubleshoot problem areas - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans - Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. - Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work - Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project. - Conduct project - lessons learned- meetings and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements - Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management - Proactively lead business opportunities in the new/existing accounts and close the same - Lead business development proposals in collaboration with other teams including xLos Educational Qualifications -&nbsp; - Post-Graduation: MBA - Graduation: BE/BTech/MCA/MSc (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics) Certifications Having two or more of the following certifications will be an added advantage: - PMP/Prince-2 is a must - TOGAF - ITIL - COBIT Work Experience -&nbsp; - The candidate should possess post-qualification relevant work experience of &gt;= 10 years (for Project Manager Level) of working in Consulting /IT/ITES firm. - Experience of working with Indian Government (Central, State, ULBs)/related agencies on large complex assignment is preferred. However, this will not be a mandatory requirement - Experience of working on an International assignment is a plus.
