The role would require: - Execution of transactions including identifying buyers and targets, preparation of deal collateral like - pitches, information memorandum and management presentations - Building financial models including valuation analysis, financials projections and presenting appropriate strategic financial solutions to the client - Researching market intelligence and developments thoroughly to identify potential business opportunities - Performing in-depth industry and company research using internal databases and public sources - Interacting with clients, potential investors, legal firms and due diligence agencies for closures Individual Skills: - Candidate must possess experience in Mergers and Acquisitions/ Joint Ventures/ Divestitures/ Private equity capital syndication - Candidate should know how to build financial models - Candidates with experience in the Retail and Consumer sector will be preferred - Candidate must possess excellent communication skills as the role will require frequent client interaction - The candidate must have worked on at least 1 transaction closure
