Job Overview
The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India in driving company's strategic and operational initiatives, implement innovative solutions, measure results early and often, and ensuring performance meets the desired targets.
Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering results - conduct analyses and develop insights, prepare excel models, analyse large sets of data, support project lead, work directly with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making, organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems, and participate actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.
Position Requirements
Knowledge Preferred:
Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and/or knowledge in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences and/or Medical Devices sector in supporting overall program performance goals in ensuring delivery transparency, predictability, and value realization. The candidate should have the knowledge and experience of monitoring and maintain Project Management processes within an organization
Skills Preferred:
The incumbent should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience supporting overall program performance goals in ensuring delivery transparency, predictability, and value realization
- Proven experience of risk, issue and change management and escalation processes
- Proven experience in generating data-driven reports of status, financials, and issues/risks
- Ability to engage successfully in complex business issues through an understanding of both the particular enterprise and industry-specific issues.
- Ability to engage in problem-solving, with a clear line of sight to implementation activities.
- Effective communication in written and verbal formats to various audiences with the effective use of compelling visuals; Advanced presentation skills using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio
- Strong project management skills and experience of working on or delivering projects that have led to sustainable change and business benefits
- Knowledge of working in a program or project management office environment including familiarity with best practices
- Experience in various methodologies such as agile, waterfall and lean principles
- Experience in benefits management and facilitation of program value realization by tracking project budgets and advanced use of Excel for project/program/portfolio cost and benefit analysis
Years of Experience:
PwC's MC team currently seeks experienced consultants at multiple levels with experience between 3-7 years. Relevant work experience will be considered based on the interview process.
Professional and Educational Background:
Position requires MBA degree along with relevant graduate technical degrees (such as B.Pharm, B Sc/B.Tech in Industrial Biology / Biotech, etc.)
