Job Description Qualification: - Graduate in Engineering or Economics or Commerce with post graduate diploma in business management /MBA from a reputed institute - Minimum 4/6 years of experience in the infrastructure sector project management, financial modeling, financial feasibility, revenue strategy, innovative alternate methods of financing, business planning,policy and regulatory analysis, tariff determination Job Description: - Should have worked on atleast 2 assignments of the nature of advisory/consultancy services assignment covering advising Central/State Government including bodies controlled by them and/or or International Govt. authorities /Corporations and/or multilateral /bilateral lending agencies funding agencies) in infrastructure sector which shall include railways, urban transport, industrial corridors, roads/bridges, airports, ports, , logistics) involving financial feasibility /project appraisal, financial modeling, project structuring, PPP transaction services, financial planning, tariff regulation thereof for minimum project cost of Rs. 5,000 Crore in terms of project cost. Desired Candidate Profile - Ability to independently interact with MD/ Senior management of client, Senior Government officials on day to day basis - Broad understanding of commercial and financial aspects in Urban Transport (Specifically Metro/ High speed Rail) Overall acumen and knowledge of handling diverse aspects related to - Financial structuring of large infra projects - In-depth understanding of financing methods employed by govt. - Understanding of typical government investment seeking processes. Eg Developing Public Investment Board (PIB) notes, responding to queries of agencies like Niti Aayog on project specific aspects - Know how of PPP, alternate financing methods that can be deployed for large infra projects - Understanding of Multilateral investment procurement processes. Eg filing of Preliminary proposal report - Guide junior team members on structuring of reports, documents to be shared with different agencies - Excellent report structuring and story boarding skills - Ability to identify new business opportunities to increase penetration within the same client/same sector Education:UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
