BA Profile:

3-5 years of relevant experience

Investment Banking experience is a must

Business analysis experience (more on business side than IT),

Should have worked on Change Management for Front Office Processes, i,e.Fixed Income, FX, Asset Management, Wealth Management and OTC Derivatives (Credit Default Swaps, Interest Rate Swaps, not exchange traded products),

Should have cross asset class experience

Good understanding of the trade lifecycle and SDLC

Having regulatory background or experience is an added advantage e.g. FATCA, Dodd Frank, Mifid 2 etc

CFA/FRM certification preferred
