PwC - Business Analyst - General Ledger

Job Summary:

Seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Captive space in Banking Operations and Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document complex business processes, data flow and architecture for new and upcoming requirements pertaining to account reconciliations and data flows

- Translate customer requirements into functional requirements and liaise with the technical team for crafting technical requirements.

- Collaborate with the technical team in order to assure delivery of the project.

- Support technical teams with completion of the UAT process.

Skills:

- (Mandatory) Knowledge of principles, practices and theories of Accounting and Finance. Hands on experience on handling General Ledger, Sub-ledger accounts reconciliations and data flows.

- Strong data analysis skills & attention to detail.

- Strong inter-personal communication skills, both oral and written, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills

Qualification and Experience:

- 6-8 years' experience as IT Business Analyst in Finance related project working on General Ledger/Subsidiary Ledger/Balance Sheet data flows
