Associate and Assistant Manager (PwC Corporate Finance & Investment Banking)

Location: Delhi / Gurgaon

Profile:

Front-end Investment Banking

Role and Responsibilities:

The role involves working on all stages of a deal (Both M&A and Private Equity fund raising) and will entail a high degree of client interaction

- Business development/ getting new clients - Identifying potential clients, setting up meetings, preparing pitch books, etc.

- Deal execution support/ working on live deals - Collateral preparation (Information Memorandums and financial models), identifying and contacting potential counter-parties, facilitating due diligence and documentation support etc.

Key Skills Needed:

- Strong work ethic and commitment to the task at hand

- Ability to manage pressure of multiple engagements

- Very thorough understanding of basic concepts of finance (valuation, modelling etc.)

- Strong excel and powerpoint skills

- Strong communication skills both written & oral (for preparing marketing documents, communicating with clients etc.)

- Knowledge of databases (CapIQ, Mergermarket, Bloomberg etc.) is a plus

Qualification and Experience

- Masters In Business Administration (MBA) from Tier I institutes (Pass out from IIM ABCLIK, FMS, XLRI, SP Jain, ISB)

- 0 to 5 years experience (2013 to 2018 pass outs)
