This is not a client facing role and person will be positioned in Finance role of PwC. Person having hands on experience on the following : - Managing Tax compliances for PwC group incl ITR, TP, Tax Audits etc. - Managing on-going assessment/appeal proceeding taking place at various States and&nbsp;coordinating with outside/in-house consultant. This include drafting and representation of&nbsp;matters at tax department also. - Advising various PwC teams w.r.t. tax matters or implications of transactions&nbsp;undertaken/on-going/proposed to be taken. - Drafting of opinions for advising on tax matters. - Handling of Intimations/TDS defaults notices/revision of Tax returns/TDS returns. Skills required : - Sound drafting and presentation skill - Managing team of 2~4 people, supervising and guiding on various operational/technical&nbsp;matter wherever required. - Should have a sound project management skill - Good communication and analytical skill.
