PwC - Assistant Manager/Manager - Corporate Finance - Investment Banking

- The Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Division of PwC is looking to recruit people with 3-6 years of experience.

- We are looking for candidates with experience in Investment Banking, Due Diligence or Valuation.

- Candidate shall be based out of Mumbai.

- Experience in manufacturing and chemicals sector would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Analyzing and preparing industry, market or specific company overviews

- Researching and analyzing specific company financial information and fundamentals

- Preparing detailed business plan and undertaking valuation exercise

Educational Qualifications :

MBA/CA/CFA
