International Tax - ONLY CA qualified Required Designation - Assistant Manager Role Job Description - The person will be majorly working on International tax matters. These relates to foreign compliance of Indian entities in foreign countries. This will include: - Coordination with the foreign tax consultant & understanding of foreign laws. - Collation of data from various sources i.e. travel, mobility, and time sheet, billing register etc. reconciliation of travel, mobility and timesheet data. - Closely work with GL team to finalize preparation of financial statement. - Liaise with consultants to set up the process for compliance in overseas jurisdiction. - In addition, the person shall be responsible for timely compliance to exchange control / regulatory requirement applicable to Indian entities. - This will be an internal role based in firm support (finance) team with no client facing responsibilities. - The role will have one / two person reporting unto him and in turn report to an Associate Director / Senior Manager. Qualification & Experience - Working knowledge of tax compliances applicable to permanent establishments of Indian company outside India. - Hands on experience of DTAA analysis to determine the creation of permanent establishment in specific circumstances and determining the taxability of different type payment. - Good knowledge and experience of Indian tax & regulatory laws.
