Educational Qualifications: Post-Graduation: MCA/MSc/M.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics). Work Experience: - 3+ years of experience in data analysis and dashboard design - Experience of analyzing large datasets and data derived from multitude of sources - Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau - Demonstrated knowledge of analyzing data to identify any potential gaps is required - End-to-end experience in multiple data analytics projects - Expertise in visualization techniques with ability to present multiple options to business users - Demonstrated experience of user-focused approach - evaluating decisions through the eyes of the user Tools & Techniques: - Strong proficiency in Power BI and Tableau - Experience with Excel, Word and Powerpoint Personality traits (desired): - Excellent analytical and reasoning skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: - Work with key stakeholders with varying technical aptitudes to understand business/data needs - Perform exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing to arrive at patterns and trends - Assist business teams / clients in strategy formulation through insights derived from analysis of relevant datasets - Develop intelligent analytics dashboards to drive impact metrics using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc. - Present options for high quality visuals for enhancement requirements of operational reports / dashboards - Provide deep technical expertise in all aspects of dashboard design - Actively gather stakeholder feedback throughout development and post-development stages - Assist with performance tuning of dashboards and background data queries
