Responsible for overall performance of the cinema properties of the region assigned. 2. Monitor, maintain and improve the overall customer satisfaction of internal and external customers. 3. Adherence and improvement of Ops procedures/ process and standards maintained at the cinema. 4. Achievement of assigned revenue targets and identify additional revenue streams in cinema business. 5. Ensure cost control and optimization at cinemas and reduce wastages for optimal utilization of assets and resources allocated in the region. 6. Ensure and maintain site compliance as well as overall fire, safety and operating compliances related to cinema business. 7. Local/ regional area liaison and relationship management with govt and statutory authorities, developers, mall management, vendors etc. 8. Responsible for training and career development of staff entrusted at cinemas in the region. 9. Take proactive measures to reduce and manage staff attrition at cinemas. 10. Undertake sales and marketing initiatives for revenue generation. Diversity profiles will be encouraged
