Head of Social Media We are looking for a content marketing leader with exceptional skills in managing Social &amp; Influencer Marketing. We want to onboard somebody who can grow our channels multifold and create a content powerhouse which can drive the growth flywheel at Purplle. As a Beauty Platform, Social Channels are big levers for us to build both Brand &amp; Revenue. We have a 500k strong community on Insta and work with more than 500 influencers every month. The role encompasses managing and innovating on the social presence of Purplle and all of its owned brands including Good Vibes, NY Bae etc. Responsibilities : - Manage and grow our Influencer outreach across YT and Insta - Onboard new pool of influencers and create a Affiliate Program which scales to the country's largest Influencer program - Grow awareness and consideration for Owned Brands through social media - Create social campaigns which drive WOM and influence for the Brand - Raise the bar on engagement rate on posts/reels/stories to best in class across beauty category - Lead Follower growth and develop the largest community for beauty enthusiasts at @letspurplle - Manage large budgets and deliver Business ROI through orders/new users etc - Work with partner brands to develop unique solutions leveraging Purplle community - Groom and manage a large team to deliver on social innovation &amp; create new content formats What to Bring : - Oodles of chutzpah and an overflowing cup of ideas - A creative mind with acumen to drive business results - Deep passion and knowledge of beauty category and understanding of social trends - Ability to deal with ambiguity and dynamism(read chaos) - 8+ years of experience in leading teams and creating social charters
