1. Develop and implement a comprehensive microlearning and blended learning strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Identify learning needs through collaboration with department heads, performance evaluations, and analysis of organizational goals.
3. Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
4. Oversee the creation and maintenance of learning materials, including training manuals, presentations, and online resources.
5. Implement and Manage a learning management system (LMS), including content management, user administration, and reporting.
6. Design and develop microlearning modules, including interactive videos, simulations, quizzes, and other multimedia content, using rapid authoring tools.
Looking for candidates with the follow qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other technology platforms used for training administration and delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
