- PurpleTutor is looking for a Product Manager to help shape its upcoming flagship software platform. In this role, you will work closely with a team of motivated and experienced engineers and product designers. You'll enable them to provide a seamless learning experience to our students. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences education.


By Day 30 :

- Understand PurpleTutor's journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint

- Research world class products currently available in the required domain and distill the best practices

- Gather customer requirements by understanding their needs and perspectives to lay out a broad product framework and objectives

By Day 60 :

- Build a feature set in a MVP fashion

- Quickly translate ideas into prototypes

- Do rapid testing with teachers & students, iterate and revise

- Chalk out detailed specs for the Tech team

- Build a clear roadmap ensuring a smooth collaboration with various teams like Tech and UI/UX team to bring the product to life


- BTech from IITs, BITS, NITs

- 2+ years of experience in education

- Eye for Design

- Strong technical background, ability to dive into the technical details

- Experience working at an agile software company/start-up is a plus

- A polymath with expertise across Education + Design + Tech

- Excellent communicator and relationship builder: A track record of collaborating with a variety of cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

- Dynamic: Strong decision-making and prioritization ability. Should be comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces. Have exquisite attention to detail, and are comfortable learning new technologies and systems.

- Team player: Knack for influencing without being authoritative

- Sense of data: Ability to turn insights into actionable growth initiatives

- Accountability: High sense of ownership and relentlessness to deliver projects with high business impact. You value integrity and derive great personal joy from efficient teamwork
