Job Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of client service executives and maintaining focus on ensuring and improving client satisfaction.
- Managing existing client relations
- Have an in depth knowledge about the products, brand, culture, market position and their overall needs/services.
- Generating business and ensuring that the client stays connected with the company for a long period of time
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of work experience in client serving and process improvement
- Should possess good managerial, presentation and exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-tasking
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to perform in stressful situations
- Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to operations, and implement strategies, processes and technologies to maintain a good rapport with clients.
