With a mission to make practical and industry driven education accessible to all, we facilitate industry visits, workshops and hands on training for students across fields to bridge the gap between industry and academia.

We are looking for an awesome Admin Manager who will be able to manage all administrative functions across the organization and implement processes for us.

Job Title : Administrative Manager

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Supports administrative operations by supervising staff, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.

- Maintains administrative staff by orienting, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

- Provides supplies by identifying needs according to teams and management.

- Provides communication systems (laptops, Mobile phones) by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment.

- Purchases printed materials by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery.

- Look after Employee Travel bookings & Reservation in co-ordination with travel agents.

Skills:

- Quality Management, Communication, Disciplining Employees, Negotiation & Reporting Skills.

- Previous experience of 3-5 years in managing office admin functions required.
