- This individual will be overseeing all facets of the clients' marketing requirements. He/She is ultimately accountable for clients' satisfaction and ability to have successful marketing campaigns across targeted digital platforms, whilst ensuring his/her team is following processes.

- A person who is committed, creative and target driven will be a perfect candidate for the role.

- We're seeking an individual who has interest and experience in social media management as well as leading a team of people and can think on their feet. The individual must have good communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience working at a Marketing Agency

2. At Least 6 months of experience of managing a team

3. Proficient in English Language

4. Excellent Communication skills

5. Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing

Responsibilities:

1. Leading and managing a team of social media marketing executives and helping them perform efficiently. Managing timelines and creative output.

2. Ensuring the smooth running of processes in your team set by the company.

3. Client servicing and ensuring client satisfaction.

4. Reporting to founders daily.

5. Troubleshooting of problems that may come up, internal as well as external.

6. Managing client deliverables and ensuring they are all met on a monthly basis.

7. Top level brand strategy and performance.
