The role is accountable for overall HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Retention, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and people-process maturity. The role will be responsible for furthering an environment wherein people can work at peak performance and feel cared, & appreciated for their contributions.
- Manage relationship with internal customers - employees
- Performance Management - Drive performance Management for the entire organization in-line with current, innovative performance management systems.
- Policy and process implementation - Communication of rationale and interpretation, ensuring policy implementation and refinements as per businesses needs for various global offices/ locations
- Identify Development, Training & Certifications needs; and ensure they are delivered /executed with proper assessment process
- Talent Acquisition, and Resource Management
- Attrition Management - Conceptualize action plans based on trends and feedback in consultation with business.
- Employee Happiness and Satifaction Initiatives - Analysis of employee feedbacks and formulating actionable strategy. Ensuring communication and implementation
- Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed
- Drive employee engagement initiatives through one on ones, Skips, etc-
- Develop and implement an effective mentoring framework.
Expected Profile:-
- MBA HR from a reputed institute (SIBM/ SCMHRD/ MDI/ FMS/ IMT/ XIMB/ XISS/ NMIMS/ JamnaLal Bajaj/ TISS)
- 12+ years of experience in Software Industry
- Excellent Communication
- Exposure to the entire gamut of HR activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to manage HR activities for multiple offices.
